Through your online Customer Centre account, you can:
- look at your investments on your mobile, tablet, or computer in one secure place
- reduce paperwork by choosing to receive the communications we send you online
- get a valuation of your investments, 24 hours, seven days a week
- change your fund choice, including for future contributions
- keep your personal details (such as your email address and security information) up to date

If you have an ISA or Collective Investment Account you can request a one-off or regular withdrawal online, up to £50,000. Making it easier for you to access your investments.
